Coastline Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to be the heart of our practice. You will work with orthodontists, clinical staff, and leaders to ensure smooth daily operations across our three state-of-the-art clinics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of administrative, customer service, or medical office experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel locally between 3 clinics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and send confirmations.
• Travel locally to assist across 3 clinics to ensure continuous patient care.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to keep daily appointments on schedule.
• Manage patient accounts, verify insurance eligibility, and maintain digital records.
• Maintain office inventory and assist with light housekeeping to keep clinics pristine.
