Penmarc Inspired Spaces, a premier installer of custom-designed organized spaces, seeks a Scheduling Coordinator to support our installation team nationwide. You will schedule the field crew and communicate with clients, handling data entry, routing, and customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience
• Routing or scheduling experience preferred
• Salesforce experience a plus
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel & Word
• Strong prioritization and detail orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Schedule and support field team across the country; interact with clients and customers.
• Handle data entry, customer service, routing and field support via phone, email and database.
