Job summary

Specialty Building Products is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on maintaining constant customer contact, processing service workflows, and scheduling inspections and service appointments across assigned regions.

You will manage service records in the Field Service Database, respond to inquiries via calls, emails, and mailings, and ensure timely confirmations within two business days. This role supports our growth and unwavering customer support ethos.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of door shop procedures and product.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Technical knowledge of procedures to repair and maintain all Reeb products.
• Knowledge of installation techniques and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide constant Customer contact with both internal and external customers.
• Process and administer all service-related workflow including Service Requests and Parts Orders.
• Schedule inspection, repair and service-for-a-fee appointments.
• Maintain Service Records within the Field Service Database
• Answer all incoming calls, emails, faxes and mailings for assigned region and contact customer to confirm receipt within two business days.
