GI Alliance is seeking a patient scheduling coordinator to manage office visit and procedure appointments, handle high call volumes, and maintain physician schedules. The role requires attention to patient records in EMR, accuracy in registrations, and smooth coordination of radiology/lab scheduling.
The candidate should have 2–5 years of medical scheduling experience, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule patients for office visit and procedure appointments.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2-5 years of prior medical scheduling is preferred
