Qualifications

• Highly organized with multitasking in a busy front office.
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and basic billing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for Miami community.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a patient-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily patient appointment scheduling for dental providers.
• Confirm upcoming appointments by phone, email, or text and handle cancellations or rescheduling.
• Optimize the provider's schedule to maximize productivity and minimize gaps.
• Greet and check in patients, verifying demographic and insurance information.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling data in dental practice management software.
