Qualifications

• 3+ years of front office receptionist experience in a dental setting.
• Familiarity with dental insurance verification and claim status checks.
• Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage phone inquiries, serving as the welcoming face of the practice.
• Create and maintain daily appointment schedules for doctors and hygienists.
• Verify insurance eligibility and follow up on claim statuses as needed.
• Support administrative tasks and maintain patient records in the system.
