You will greet patients, manage inquiries, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth flow and top-quality patient care. Ideal candidates bring dental/medical scheduling experience, familiarity with Dentrix or Eaglesoft, strong communication, and a patient-first attitude; bilingual

Competenze

• Prior experience in dental/medical office scheduling.
• Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking in a busy front office.
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification and basic billing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for Miami community.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with a patient-first attitude.

• Manage and coordinate daily patient appointment scheduling for dental providers.
• Confirm upcoming appointments by phone, email, or text and handle cancellations or rescheduling.
• Optimize the provider's schedule to maximize productivity and minimize gaps.
