Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 3+ years in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to analyze data and derive insights

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewal cycles
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and drive re-engagement
• Help build and refine the scaled operating model and efficient support strategies
• Develop self-service resources, including how-to videos and best-practice guides
• Monitor and manage a community forum to share insights and knowledge
