Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to support hundreds of Public Safety agencies. You’ll own the customer journey from go-live to renewal, using data analytics to re-engage users and drive adoption.

Develop self-service resources and manage a community forum to ensure broad, effective use of CommandCenter software. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a customer-facing role, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex software into actionable

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewal.
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and re-engage them.
• Help build and refine the scaled operating model for efficient support across many agencies.
• Develop self-service resources, including how-to videos and guides for customers.
• Monitor forums and create content to keep the community engaged.
