Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to support hundreds of Public Safety agencies. You will drive adoption, maximize value, and ensure proactive support through automation and data insights.

In this role, you will own the customer journey from go-live through renewal cycles, create self-service resources, and help maintain an engaged community forum. This position emphasizes collaboration, learning, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in a customer-facing role (customer advocacy, sales or public safety).
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; sponsorship not available.
• Experience in public safety or government customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full-Lifecycle Management: own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio through go-live and renewals.
• Data-Driven Health Monitoring: analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and re-engage them.
• Process Trailblazing: help build/refine the Scaled operating model for high-volume support.
• Content Creation & Self-Service Enablement: develop how-to videos and guides for customers.
• Community Forum Management: monitor and grow a resource hub for peer insights.
