Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to support hundreds of Public Safety agencies, drive adoption, and maximize value from our CommandCenter Software. You will enable self-service, create knowledge resources, and monitor usage metrics to identify at-risk accounts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to democratize expertise and ensure customers are set up for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in a customer-facing role in customer advocacy, sales or public safety.
• Ability to analyze usage data and translate insights into action.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewal cycles.
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and re-engage them.
• Help build and refine the scaled operating model and provide efficient support to many agencies.
• Develop self-service resources and translate complex workflows into actionable content.
• Monitor a community forum and keep it a helpful resource hub for customers.
