Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate to manage a high-volume portfolio of public safety agencies. You will drive adoption, monitor usage, and craft scalable content and campaigns to support hundreds of agencies.

You'll translate complex workflows into simple guidance, create self-service resources, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer success and retention while embracing data-driven approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 3+ years in a customer-facing role in advocacy, sales or public safety
• Ability to translate complex software into simple, value-based guidance
• Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data mindset to analyze usage and drive adoption
• Experience with high-volume customer support or CS workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewal.
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and drive re-engagement.
• Help build the scaled operating model and efficient support through technology.
• Create self-service resources, including how-to videos and best practice guides.
• Monitor community forum and keep it as a valuable resource hub.
