Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Associate in Indianapolis. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, ensuring adoption, value realization, and renewals across public safety clients.

Leverage automation, data analytics, and content to support hundreds of agencies simultaneously. You will create scalable resources, monitor usage health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree & 3+ years of experience in a Customer-Facing role, Sales or Public Safety
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
• Travel under 10%
• Position Type: Experienced

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for a high-volume portfolio from go-live through renewal cycles.
• Regularly analyze usage data to identify unhealthy or at-risk accounts and drive re-engagement.
• Help build and refine the scaled operating model for efficient support to many agencies.
• Develop video and self-service resources; translate complex workflows into simple customer-facing content.
• Monitor the community forum and create content to support customers and peers.
