Job summary

DoorDash USA is seeking a Client Success Manager, Scale for the DoorDash for Business program in Phoenix, AZ. You will own onboarding, education, and activation for a pooled segment of our longtail unmanaged customers in North America, delivering enablement at scale while collaborating with Product, Analytics, and Operations.

You will help refine the onboarding motion, introduce new features, and drive adoption through digital-first programs, with a focus on data-driven decision making and

Qualifications

2+ years of digital customer success or related roles.
Ability to identify whitespace within complex organizations and translate needs into scalable opportunities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding and activation programs at scale for a pooled segment of customers.
Lead education initiatives, group trainings, and lifecycle communications.
Drive product adoption by turning insights into scalable plays and campaigns.
Partner with cross-functional teams (S&O, Analytics, Product) to turn insights into value.
Measure and iterate on campaigns to improve activation and adoption.
