Job summary

DoorDash is hiring a Scaled Client Success Manager to own onboarding and product adoption for a pooled NA customer segment. You will lead digital-first programs while maintaining client-facing activities, partnering with Strategy & Operations, Analytics, and Product to translate insights into scalable enablement.

As part of a growing team, you will refine onboarding motions, drive activation, and help customers unlock value across a large customer base in North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital customer success, consultative sales or product operations.
• Ability to identify whitespace within complex customer organizations and translate needs into scalable opportunities.
• Proven capacity to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with data analysis across multiple sources and driving data-driven decisions.
• Ability to learn independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support a pooled segment of customers through a one-to-many model, prioritizing outreach by signal.
• Own customer education and onboarding programs at scale: group sessions and lifecycle communications.
• Become an expert in the DoorDash for Business product suite and drive adoption through repeatable plays.
• Lead customer conversations to review programs, diagnose gaps, and prescribe next steps including new products or use cases.
• Use data to spot activation signals, diagnose bottlenecks, and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Test and iterate campaigns and digital touchpoints to measure adoption impact.
