Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Scaled Account Manager to join its AMER team. This remote role is open to candidates located in North America and focuses on retaining and growing our SMB and mid-market customer base through trusted relationships and strategic engagement.

You will partner with Customer Success Managers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and cloud-provider teams to align DoiT’s products with customer priorities and cloud strategy, delivering durable commercial growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an Account Management/Customer Success/Customer Engineering role.
• 3+ years in a technology company.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a scaled portfolio across SMB and mid-market segments using Salesforce to track context, priorities, risks, renewals, and next steps.
• Prioritize engagement across the portfolio using data; build multi-threaded relationships and understand customer priorities and cloud footprints.
• Drive retention and renewal by identifying risks early and leading commercial discussions with internal partners on pricing, commitments, contracts, and approvals.
• Identify, qualify, and manage expansion opportunities across new workloads, migrations, cost optimization, and DoiT products and services.
