Job summary

Reworld is seeking a detail-oriented scale house operator to weigh trucks, monitor inbound and outbound activity, and keep precise records of all tickets and manifests. You will assist with standard reports and ensure safe, compliant operations during the day shift.

The role requires accuracy, basic bookkeeping knowledge, and proficiency with Excel. This on-site position offers health benefits, 401k, PTO and tuition reimbursement as part of Reworld’s benefits package.

Qualifications

• GED/HS diploma required.
• 1–3 years of administrative, clerical and accounting activities experience.
• Know basic bookkeeping and records management.

Responsibilities

• Weigh trucks and monitor inbound/outbound activity.
• Maintain accurate tickets and manifests records.
• Identify customer accounts for correct billing by driver confirmation.
• Answer phone and provide hours of operation, waste types, and location info.
• Balance daily receipts for accurate records and billing.
