Job summary

Samsara is hiring a Manager II for the US Scale Customer Success team. You will lead a high-volume portfolio of mid-market and large commercial customers in the private sector, shaping engagement programs and coaching CSMs toward outcomes.

You’ll own the playbooks and automated lifecycle programs, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership. You will drive renewal outcomes, collaborate with Sales on expansion, and push for deep product adoption while building a scalable, AI-forward

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
• 2+ years directly leading CSMs with 100+ accounts.
• Experience redesigning scale, tech-touch CS models.
• Ownership of retention and expansion outcomes.
• Strong analytics, data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead segmentation strategy for a high-volume US private sector portfolio.
• Drive renewals as the primary decision lens, not just reporting.
• Partner with Sales to drive expansion within accounts.
• Guide product adoption across the CS team.
• Hire, coach, and manage 100+ account portfolios.
• Improve productivity via AI, automation, and lifecycle workflows.
• Champion AI-powered workflows to boost engagement.
• Mitigate risk with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, Tech.
