Job summary

Samsara is hiring a Digital Customer Success Manager, AI & Automation for remote US work. You will optimize customer journeys, build AI-enabled CS playbooks, and deploy production-grade agents across the Samsara platform to improve adoption and retention.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and CS teams, applying data-driven approaches to maximize NRR and customer outcomes while continuously iterating on agent capabilities in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production LLM-based agents or automations.
• At least 1 year working directly with LLMs or AI agents in production.
• Ability to code rapidly with Python.
• Experience using product usage data to spot risk and opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze: identify customer pain points and opportunities with an analytical, customer-centric lens.
• Build: develop digital CS playbooks, write prompts, integrate with external systems, and write readable Python code.
• Test/Deploy/Monitor: define success criteria, build automated test suites, own deployment and rollback, monitor agent performance.
