Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Scale Creator Manager to lead creator incubation, community growth, and affiliate content strategy across TikTok Shop programs. You will identify, onboard, educate, and scale high-potential creators through community-based programs, agency partnerships, and merchant collaboration.

The role combines deep knowledge of creator ecosystems with data-driven decision making, enabling scalable growth, improved GMV, and stronger creator retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, creator operations, community management, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical and operational skillset with experience using performance metrics to drive decision-making and program optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to build scalable processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage creator incubation programs focused on scaling high-potential TikTok Shop affiliate creators across one or more verticals.
• Build and execute creator growth strategies to drive creator activation, retention, content supply, and GMV growth.
• Develop scalable creator community programs, onboarding flows, educational programming, and engagement initiatives to support creator success.
• Partner with creator agencies, merchant partners, and cross-functional teams to co-incubate creators and scale affiliate ecosystem growth.
• Design and execute creator incentive programs including Free Sample Campaigns (FSCs), creator tasks, commission boosts, and leaderboard campaigns.
• Analyze creator performance data and ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities, optimize program strategy, and improve creator conversion and retention.
• Track and report key creator ecosystem metrics including creator activation, GMV, content supply, sample fulfillment, creator tier progression, and affiliate performance.
• Collaborate with Category, Operations, Product, Governance, and Data teams to improve creator experience, ecosystem health, and program scalability.
• Build operational workflows, creator communications, dashboards, and scalable systems to support large creator communities and high-volume creator operations.
• Maintain strong understanding of creator behavior, affiliate commerce trends, TikTok Shop ecosystem dynamics, and content best practices across relevant verticals.
• Support creator escalations, policy education, and ecosystem health initiatives while improving creator trust and long‑term retention.
• Identify and pilot new growth opportunities, community strategies, educational programs, and ecosystem partnerships to accelerate creator success.
