Job summary

TikTok is hiring for a role within the Emerging Verticals team to grow high-quality creator supply across North America. You will own programs from strategy through execution with autonomy and partner with Product to scale operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong communication, and ownership as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive creator adoption and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, marketing, or a closely related field.
• Solid grasp of the creator economy and hands-on experience with creators.
• Comfort with data – dashboards, self-serve tools, and basic querying to drive decisions.
• Sharp communicator, written and verbal, across all levels.
• High ownership mentality — you spot gaps, flag them, and fix them.

Responsibilities

• Own creator programs end-to-end from strategy and planning through execution and measurement with a high degree of autonomy.
• Partner closely with Product to streamline how programs run and scale.
• Dig into program data to spot problems early and build solutions before they become blockers.
• Keep stakeholders informed with clear, regular reporting on program performance and key insights.
• Build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams including Product, Comms, Legal, and Design.
