Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to drive scalable servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will set the vision for operational readiness, ensuring people, processes, and enablement systems evolve with Affirm’s servicing strategy across multiple domains and programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 2+ years leading scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives with strong execution and outcomes.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, issue/risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive updates and influence.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience building workflows within a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Own program and team performance across cross-functional initiatives.
• Define program roadmaps, KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations for impact.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with executive-ready communications.
• Identify and resolve risks and issues with data-backed solutions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Own end-to-end change management and adoption measurement.
• Build technical resources and manuals for human and AI agents.
• Evolve knowledge management: SOPs, learning platforms, AI tools.
• Translate technical concepts into clear operational content.
• Oversee learning and training strategy with measurement.
• Support experience improvements with Product/Engineering teams.
• Expand program scope across adjacent domains.
