Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience, with fintech exposure.
• 2+ years in scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expertise in financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR, etc.).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives with clear outcomes.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, risk management, and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive updates.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead cross-functional programs aligning with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define program roadmaps, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive impact.
• Establish governance and provide executive-ready status updates.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead change management from design to adoption and measurement.
• Build technical resources and knowledge content for humans and AI.
• Evolve knowledge management, SOPs, and learning platforms.
• Translate complex concepts into clear operational resources.
