Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to scale servicing operations. You will define strategies for readiness, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to enable compliant, high-quality servicing at scale.

Lead a team delivering cross-functional initiatives aligned to strategic priorities and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include roadmapping, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end change management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management or product operations experience.
• 3+ years scaling operations and coaching teams.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, GDPR).
• Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking certification.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team delivering cross-functional programs aligned to servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance and executive-ready communications on status, risks, and impact.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Own end-to-end change management from design to adoption and measurement.
