Job summary

Affirm seeks a seasoned operations leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will set the vision for readiness, ensuring people, processes, and enablement systems evolve with Affirm’s servicing strategy across domains.

You will translate strategy into action with disciplined delivery and measurable impact. As a manager within the Operations Enablement team, you will own team strategy and deliver a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or product operations, incl 2+ years fintech experience.
• 3+ years scaling operations with ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR).
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong execution.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, issue/risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to deliver polished, executive-ready updates.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience building workflows within regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own Program & Team Performance: lead a team delivering complex cross-functional programs.
• Define Program Roadmaps: create roadmaps with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks.
• Partner for Impact: align priorities with Product, Engineering, Operations for measurable outcomes.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: establish governance and deliver executive-ready communications on status and impact.
• Manage Risk & Issue Resolution: identify risks and propose data-backed solutions.
• Lead Operational Excellence: apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency and compliance.
• Own Change End-to-End: manage design to adoption and measurement.
• Build Technical Resources: translate concepts into manuals for humans and AI agents.
• Elevate Knowledge Management: evolve SOPs and learning platforms for scale.
• Translate Technical Concepts: create clear resources for both humans and AI.
• Own Learning & Training Strategy: oversee onboarding and ongoing training with measurement.
• Collaborate on Experience Improvements: work with Product and Engineering on workflow optimization.
• Expand Program Scope: grow responsibilities across adjacent domains.
