Job summary

Affirm is seeking a hands-on, data-driven leader to drive scalable, compliant servicing experiences across the Operations organization. You will translate strategy into actionable plans and guide a high-performing team delivering cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure readiness for regulatory changes while building durable, high-quality servicing experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations.
• 3+ years scaling operations and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations such as UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR, among others.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, issue/risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to deliver polished, executive-ready updates and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own Program & Team Performance: Lead and manage a team delivering complex, cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define Program Roadmaps: Create roadmaps and execution plans, track KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner for Impact: Align priorities with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: Establish governance and executive-ready communications on status and impact.
• Manage Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify risks, propose data-backed solutions, drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Lead Operational Excellence: Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and scalable improvements.
• Own Change End-to-End: Manage design, implementation, adoption, and measurement of changes.
• Build Technical Resources: Translate concepts into manuals and resources for humans and AI agents.
• Elevate Knowledge Management: Develop knowledge ecosystem with SOPs and learning platforms.
• Translate Technical Concepts: Create clear resources for humans and AI agents.
• Own Learning & Training Strategy: Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training with measurement.
• Collaborate on Experience Improvements: Work with Product and Engineering on workflows and user experiences.
• Expand Program Scope: Take on additional PM responsibilities across domains.
