Job summary

Affirm is seeking a people leader to drive scalable, compliant, and high-quality servicing experiences across our Operations organization. You will define and execute strategies that enable our servicing operations to scale efficiently while delivering exceptional outcomes for customers and merchants.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations within large-scale or global operations, including fintech/financial institutions.
• 3+ years scaling operations and coaching team members.
• Subject matter expert on financial regulations such as UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR, with dispute management knowledge.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Proven success leading large cross-functional initiatives with clear execution and measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, issue/risk management and cross-functional execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive-ready updates.
• Proficient in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience building workflows within a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Program & Team Performance: lead a team delivering complex cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Define Program Roadmaps: create roadmaps and execution plans with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks.
• Partner for Impact: collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align priorities and outcomes.
• Drive Stakeholder Engagement: provide governance and executive-ready communications on status, outcomes, risks.
• Manage Risk & Issue Resolution: identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions with stakeholders.
• Lead Operational Excellence: apply Lean Six Sigma to improve quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Own Change End-to-End: manage design to adoption and measurement of process and product changes.
• Build Technical Resources: translate technical concepts into manuals for humans and AI agents.
• Expand Program Scope: take on new PM responsibilities across domains as needed.
