Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a dynamic SBA Relationship Manager to originate SBA loans for owner/user purchases of commercial real estate. You will spend most of your time on outside sales, building and managing key business relationships, and promoting the Bank's SBA lending products to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes credit analysis, package preparation, and coordinating closing, with opportunities to expand advisory services and cross-sell Bank products.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops SBA loan financing opportunities by generating contacts and leads; spends significant time on outside sales activities.
• Builds and maintains profitable specialty finance lending relationships with new and existing customers; conducts client meetings to identify financial goals and needs.
• Gathers and analyses credit information to determine SBA financing appropriateness; develops and submits SBA loan packages for processing and closing.
