Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a skilled SBA Loan Officer to develop contacts and leads for SBA financing, primarily for owner/users purchasing commercial real estate. You will spend most time on outside sales activities, cultivating profitable lending relationships with new and existing customers.

The role requires deep knowledge of SBA programs, credit analysis, and the ability to deliver comprehensive loan packages through SBA processing centers, closing, and post-close support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to eight years of commercial credit, relationship banking or related experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development/b2b sales skills.
• Advanced knowledge of SBA lending products and services.
