Qualifications

• Generate SBA lending opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and internal partnerships.
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify SBA opportunities.
• Conduct joint sales calls and provide SBA expertise.
• Structure financing requests and prepare complete loan submissions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and advance opportunities through the lending cycle.
• Maintain compliance with SBA regulations and bank policy.
