• Attend initial meetings with prospects/new clients.
• Assist in completing SBA loan packages with clients.
• Structure loans with team leader.
• Assist in credit analysis and underwriting process.
• Understand credit risk and its implications.
• Coordinate with Closing Department to book and close loans.
• Obtain financial updates from borrowers via SBA servicing.
• Assist Team Leader in training internal staff bank-wide.
• Keep up to date on SBA SOP.
