Job summary

Seacoast National Bank in Atlanta seeks an SBA Banker II to lead business development with a primary focus on SBA lending and deposit growth while serving the local community.

You will solicit and service clients for SBA 7a, 504, and USDA loans, manage a portfolio, and build relationships through calls, networking, and referrals, coordinating with internal partners to deliver tailored banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in SBA credit products and loan structuring is preferred.
• Ability to build COI and referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Business Development and client prospecting in SBA loans.
• Call planning, follow-up, and client retention efforts.
• Understand financial products and SBA programs; capital markets and treasury solutions.
• Maintain and expand COI base and partnerships with internal lines of business.
• Credit analysis, proper SBA loan packaging and submission; overseeing closings.
• Mentor junior SBA lenders and ensure compliance with policies.
