Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking an experienced SBA Banker II to lead business development with a primary focus on SBA lending and deposit growth in Naples, FL. The role calls for aggressively soliciting and servicing clients for SBA 7a, 504, and USDA loans while managing a commercial loan portfolio and fostering key relationships.

You will develop COI networks, collaborate with internal teams, and mentor junior lenders, all while maintaining integrity and market leadership in the local community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree in a financial related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years of directly related SBA experience preferred.
• 7+ years in business development and/or financial services experience required.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• PC proficiency across desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone; MS Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development with a primary focus on SBA lending and deposit growth.
• Solicit and service prospective and current clients for SBA 7a, 504 and USDA loans.
• Build and manage a portfolio of business relationships; generate new accounts via outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate SBA loan packaging, submission, and timely closing.
• Mentor junior SBA lenders and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulations.
