Job summary

EY is helping clients transform SAP landscapes with an emphasis on S/4HANA migrations and clean core development. You’ll lead agile transformation efforts, engage with external clients, and steer workstreams from planning through execution, often traveling to client sites.

Success in this role requires 4–6 years of SAP delivery experience, expertise in SAP BTP tools, and familiarity with the RISE operating model. This position offers a hybrid, client-facing environment within EY’s global network.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Typically 4–6 years of SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration experience.
Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across programs.
Exposure to AI capabilities within SAP, including SAP Joule and related use cases.
Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.
