Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP-centric transformations. You will guide cross‑functional teams, coordinate with clients, and drive end‑to‑end delivery of complex SAP projects with a focus on quality and risk management.

Role involves advising on deployment strategies, migrating ECC workloads to S/4HANA, and leveraging SAP BTP services to enable clean cores. Travel up to 40–60% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of SAP implementation experience required.
• Experience delivering S/4HANA migrations (greenfield, brownfield, SDT).
• Strong knowledge of SAP clean core development and RISE model practices.
• Hands-on SAP BTP services including Build and Integration Suite used in delivery.
• Comfort advising clients on deployment strategies and transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of SAP-based processes and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Engage external clients in sessions and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Provide guidance to teams and ensure successful task execution.
