Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to drive SAP-enabled transformations and agile delivery for clients. You will lead complex SAP projects, migrate to S/4HANA, and leverage BTP services to support clean core development while coordinating cross-border teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes through innovative technology and process modernization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant SAP implementation and S/4HANA migration experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
• Project experience applying SAP Activate methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
• Exposure to AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP Joule and Agentic AI use cases.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with emphasis on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, participate in workshops, and drive workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
