Job summary

EY is hiring a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP transformation programs, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery for client engagements. You will drive UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, while shaping requirements and solutions that meet business goals.

You will work with SAP S/4HANA migrations and modern SAP tools, advising clients on deployment strategies and leveraging SAP BTP, Signavio, and LeanIX to deliver a clean core

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years experience in SAP implementations and S/4HANA migrations.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP services (Build, Integration Suite, BDC).
• Experience applying SAP Active methodology to transformations.
• Exposure to AI capabilities in SAP delivery (Joule, Agentic AI).
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of processes, solutions and projects with focus on quality and risk management.
• Engage with external clients, participate in working sessions and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
