Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP-focused transformations. You will guide delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with emphasis on quality and risk management, while engaging with external clients and managing workstreams from planning to closure.

This role requires 4–6 years of SAP delivery experience, hands-on SAP BTP and S/4HANA migrations, and the ability to work across borders in a hybrid client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of SAP implementations and S/4HANA migrations.
• Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles in modern SAP landscapes.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within SAP RISE operating model.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems; influence policies and procedures.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure tasks are completed.
• Lead workstreams with external clients from planning through execution and closure.
