Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead SAP-enabled transformation programs for client engagements in a globally connected team. You will guide workstreams, manage risk, and interact with external clients in planning, execution and closure, with travel to client sites as needed.

Key requirements include hands-on S/4HANA migrations, SAP BTP services, and experience with the RISE operating model.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, with a focus on SAP implementations and S/4HANA migration initiatives.
Working knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and their application in modern SAP landscapes.
Experience delivering SAP projects within the SAP RISE operating model.
Hands-on experience leveraging SAP BTP services, including SAP Build, SAP Integration Suite, and Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Project experience applying SAP Active methodology across implementation or transformation programs.
Exposure to leveraging AI capabilities within SAP delivery, including SAP joule and emerging Agentic AI use cases.
A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.
