Job summary

Schneider Electric invites applications for an OCM/Training Change Manager to drive SAP S/4HANA adoption across multiple plants. You will serve as a liaison between domain stakeholders and the OCM team, delivering hands-on training at various facilities and updating SPLs.

Role requires travel 50–75% and fluency in English and Spanish for documentation; you will create dashboards, track SPLs, and collaborate with BAs and POs on system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related field or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and obtain visas as needed.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA within the assigned business domain.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, training delivery, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple streams of information and deliverable dashboards.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, training materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as OCM representative and drive Power User adoption strategies across domains.
• Identify where OCM services add value to your domain.
• Upskill domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at plants and facilities.
• Act as liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team.
• Translate domain knowledge into SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish.
• Maintain dashboards to track training deliverables and SPLs per sprint.
• Collaborate with change management functions to deliver timely information.
• Share insights to support adoption aligned with goals.
• Work with BAs and POs on system enhancements affecting users.
• Travel to North American plants 50–75% (max 2 consecutive weeks).
