Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Change Manager to drive SAP S/4HANA adoption across Order Engineering and manufacturing domains. You will lead training, stakeholder engagement, and BPM to ensure smooth transitions and timely communications across multiple plants.

Travel 50%–75% is required, with responsibilities spanning documentation, dashboards, and collaboration with BAs/POs to stay aligned with system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Travel 50%–75% with visa and Passport requirements and US travel.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience in the given domain.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, training delivery, or project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM representative within the Order Engineering domain, driving adoption and mitigating risks.
• Support the shift from local tools to SAP-based time capture and explain relationships between hours, activities, backlog and scheduling.
• Identify opportunities for OCM services such as Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, and Communications.
• Upskill domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at plants and facilities, keeping resources updated.
• Act as liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team; gather feedback and risks.
• Translate knowledge into training docs and SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish.
• Maintain dashboards tracking SPLs per sprint and training delivery progress.
• Collaborate with other change management areas to provide timely information.
• Share insights to support smooth adoption and alignment with goals.
• Work with BAs and POs to stay updated on system enhancements and changes.
