Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead OCM efforts within the SAP S/4HANA Order Engineering domain. You will drive adoption strategies, deliver hands-on training at multiple plants, and translate requirements into compelling SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish.

This role requires 50–75% travel across North America, with a focus on cross‑site deployment and stakeholder collaboration. You will partner with BAs and POs to align changes with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% (max 2 consecutive weeks per trip).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in the assigned domain.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, training delivery.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple streams of information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM representative within the Order Engineering domain, driving adoption strategies and mitigating risks.
• Support the transition from local tools to SAP‑based time capture and explain relationships between hours, activities, backlog, and scheduling.
• Identify opportunities where OCM services can add value through transformation, training, and communications.
• Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands‑on training at plants and facilities.
• Act as liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team; collect feedback and risks.
