Job summary

Schneider Electric in Raleigh, NC seeks an experienced Change Manager to lead OCM within the Order Engineering domain. You will drive adoption, coordinate SAP-based time capture changes, and deliver end‑to‑end training across plants in North America.

You will partner with BAs and POs to align system changes with business goals. You will develop training materials, maintain dashboards, and communicate clearly with stakeholders, while traveling up to 75% to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, IT, or organizational development.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA knowledge within the assigned domain.
• Experience in change management, training delivery, and process documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel 50%–75% across US/Canada, with up to two weeks per trip.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM representative within the Order Engineering domain, driving adoption strategies and mitigating risks across the project lifecycle.
• Support the shift from local tools to SAP-based time capture and explain relationships between hours, activity, backlog, and scheduling.
• Identify opportunities where OCM services add value through training, process mapping, and communications.
• Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at multiple plants, keeping resources updated.
• Act as primary liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team; gather feedback and identify risks.
• Translate BA specs into training documentation and SPLs using Scribe (English/Spanish).
• Maintain training deliverables with dashboards tracking SPLs, delivery, and risk escalation.
• Collaborate with change management to deliver timely information and insights.
• Work with BAs and POs to stay updated on system enhancements affecting users.
• Travel 50–75% across North America (max two consecutive weeks per trip).
