Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States seeks an OCM professional to serve as the change agent within the Order Engineering domain, driving user adoption of SAP S/4HANA tools and guiding risk mitigation through the project lifecycle.

You will develop training, create SPLs in English and Spanish, maintain dashboards, and collaborate with BAs, POs, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely information as the program scales across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in an industrial domain.
• Travel 50–75% for site deployments.
• Strong training and facilitation skills.
• Ability to convert requirements into training materials.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM representative within the Order Engineering domain.
• Drive Power User adoption strategies and mitigate risks.
• Support the transition to SAP-based time capture and explain relationships between posted hours, network activities, backlog status, and scheduling.
• Identify opportunities where OCM services such as Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, and Communications can add value.
• Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands‑on training at different plants and facilities.
• Collaborate with BAs and POs to stay aligned on system enhancements and changes.
• Translate domain knowledge and BA specifications into clear training documentation and SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish.
• Maintain, organize, and track training deliverables through dashboards.
• Collaborate with change management areas to deliver timely information.
• Share insights to support adoption and alignment with organizational goals.
