Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) representative to drive Power User adoption across assigned business domains. Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in the SAP S/4HANA domain to minimize onboarding curve.
• Training experience and knowledge of adult learning principles for plant environments.
• Documentation skills and instructional design experience with branding guidelines and SPLs (Scribe).
• Ability to track execution and maintain dashboards for SPLs, training delivery, and risks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Analytical problem-solving to identify patterns and operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM representative within assigned business domains, driving Power User adoption strategies and mitigating risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities where Organizational Change Management services such as Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, and Communications can add value to your domain.
• Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at different plants and facilities for deployments, responsible for keeping training resources updated and organized.
• Act as the primary liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team, gathering process-related feedback, requirements, and identifying risks.
• Translate domain knowledge and BA specifications into clear, compelling training documentation and SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish (framework training provided during onboarding).
• Maintain, organize, and track training deliverables through structured dashboards (monitoring total vs. completed SPLs per sprint).
• Collaborate with different change management functional areas to deliver accurate and timely information.
• Share insights and recommendations to support smooth adoption of changes and alignment with organizational goals.
• Work closely with BAs and POs to stay current on system enhancements and changes impacting users.
• NOTE: This role requires travel to different plant locations in North America: 50–75% (maximum of 2 consecutive weeks per trip).
