Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) representative within the Finance domain. You will drive Power User adoption strategies, translate complex SAP FI/CO concepts into clear training materials, and coordinate with BAs and POs on system changes.

This role requires significant travel (50–75%) to North American plants and involves creating and maintaining SPLs, dashboards, and stakeholder communications. English and Spanish training materials are used.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Organizational Development, Finance/Accounting, or related field.
• Willingness to travel 50%–75% (max 2 consecutive weeks per trip).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in the Finance domain preferred.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, training delivery, or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and dashboarding skills to track deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM representative within Finance, driving Power User adoption strategies.
• Identify opportunities where OCM services can add value to the domain.
• Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at plants and facilities.
• Act as liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and OCM team.
• Translate domain knowledge into training docs and SPLs using Scribe (English/Spanish).
• Maintain, organize, and track training deliverables through dashboards.
• Collaborate with change management to deliver timely information.
• Share insights to support smooth adoption and alignment with goals.
• Work with BAs and POs on system enhancements affecting users.
• Travel to North American plants 50–75% (max 2 consecutive weeks).
