Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) specialist to serve as the OCM representative within assigned business domains, driving Power User adoption strategies and mitigating risks across the project lifecycle. You will translate domain knowledge into clear training materials in English and Spanish and track progress with dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA domain and onboarding processes.
• Experience applying adult learning principles in plant/operational environments.
• Strong documentation and instructional design capabilities.
• Ability to create and maintain dashboards to monitor SPLs, training delivery, and risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify patterns and risks in training implementations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM representative within assigned business domains, driving Power User adoption strategies and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities where OCM services such as Business Transformation, Training, Process Mapping, and Communications can add value to your domain.
• Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at different plants and facilities for deployments, keeping training resources updated and organized.
• Act as the primary liaison between domain stakeholders, Power Users, and the OCM team, gathering feedback, requirements, and risks.
• Translate domain knowledge and BA specifications into clear training documentation and SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish.
• Maintain, organize, and track training deliverables through dashboards (monitor SPLs per sprint).
• Collaborate with change management areas to deliver timely information.
• Share insights and recommendations to support smooth adoption of changes and alignment with goals.
• Work with BAs and POs to stay updated on system enhancements affecting users.
• Note: travel to North American plants 50–75% (max 2 consecutive weeks per trip).
