Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an OCM representative for the Finance domain in Chicago, IL. You will drive adoption strategies, train users, and coordinate with BAs and POs to adapt to SAP S/4HANA updates and financial processes.

Responsibilities include creating clear training content in English and Spanish, maintaining SPLs, and delivering hands-on training across North American plants. Travel will be frequent (50–75%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, training delivery, or project coordination.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA knowledge in the Finance domain.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple streams and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM representative within Finance, driving adoption strategies and mitigating risks.
• Identify opportunities where OCM services can add value to the domain.
• Upskill on domain knowledge and deliver hands-on training at plants and facilities.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders, Power Users, and OCM team, gathering feedback and risks.
• Translate knowledge into training docs and SPLs using Scribe in English and Spanish.
• Maintain dashboards to track SPLs, training delivery, and risk escalation.
• Collaborate with change management teams to deliver timely information.
• Work with BAs and POs to stay updated on system enhancements affecting users.
• Travel 50–75% across North America (max 2 consecutive weeks per trip).
