Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking a Solution Specialist to design, develop and support SAP QM-enabled solutions across global manufacturing operations. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, guiding junior team members and integrating with quality processes.

The role requires deep understanding of QM concepts, SDLC practices, and a capacity to troubleshoot across SAP and related systems. A US work authorization is required and relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience required or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP QM and manufacturing applications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for functional and technical areas.
• Works with process, technical teams and stakeholders to design and build objects meeting requirements.
• Communicates status, risks and issues to stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Applies software development methodologies to support work processes.
• Documents detailed designs and tests application objects.
• Assists with issue resolution and ensures designs meet business requirements.
