Job summary

Dow has an opportunity for a Solution Specialist based in the United States, with responsibilities spanning design, development, and support of SAP quality management solutions across global manufacturing operations. The role requires deep understanding of QM processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with business process experts and IT teams.

The candidate will gather requirements, design solutions, test and deploy enhancements, and provide guidance to junior team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience in lieu of a bachelor
• 5+ years of relevant experience in IT, QA, or manufacturing domains
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for functional and technical areas
• Design and build objects meeting requirements with business teams
• Communicate status, metrics, risks and issues clearly
• Support quality management and integrated enterprise systems across global operations
• Document designs, test strategies, and support procedures
• Lead knowledge transfer and junior team guidance
